From raw material to finished goods, we ensure that there is a systematic checkup of material that flows. Any material even slightly off standards is rejected there itself. The staff for quality checking is trained to spot lack of quality and their alertness gives products that meet global standards.
We have mentioned quality at our plant is system controlled and hence the processes, every one of them has not only product parameters but the way work is done. Every activity is well documented and happens in the same manner has required and mentioned in our production manuals. All the employees are well trained for their jobs.
People, in production, administration or any other department, are quality conscious. Whether it is our Raw Material Store or Accounts, we strive to give attitudinal training to the staff to give perfect output. A No Compromise ethic is taught so that processes and products both, which are controlled by people, are of the highest levels of quality.
